Senior Tendering

Job Responsibilities
Review tender documents including technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and related documents.
Identify and source potential vendors and suppliers.
Distribute tender documents to relevant internal departments (Electrical & Mechanical).
Review quantity take-offs from drawings.
Prepare clarifications and technical queries.
Attend clarification meetings with project owners/clients.
Review specifications and prepare lists of suppliers and subcontractor packages across different disciplines.
Break down the project into packages and issue RFQs to vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare cost estimation and analysis for all BOQ items (Civil & Architectural).
Collect quotations from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and prepare comparison sheets.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and quality in line with company targets and terms.
Receive and consolidate final technical and financial submissions from all internal departments (Electrical & Mechanical).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Very good command of English.
Strong knowledge of standards, codes, and local regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
Solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and pricing models.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to produce clear, concise reports.
